Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes monitors, a public status page, incidents, maintenance and email subscribers. Upgrade only when you need faster checks, more monitors, multi-region checks or your own branding.
How do payments work?
They don’t, yet. Statusvane is in early access and payments aren’t live, so every plan is free for now. We’ll give plenty of notice by email before billing starts, and nothing will be charged without you opting in.
Can I use my own domain?
Today every status page lives at a path such as /s/your-slug. Custom domains (status.yourcompany.com) are on the roadmap and coming later.
How long is my monitoring data kept?
Each plan includes a history window, listed in the pricing table. Uptime bars, response-time charts and the incident archive on your status page cover that period.
Is there an API? What about AI agents?
Yes. Every workspace gets a REST API authenticated with scoped API keys, plus a built-in MCP server so assistants and agents can read monitor status, open incidents and post updates on your behalf.
What is Globalping and why does it matter?
Globalping is a network of probes run in hundreds of locations worldwide. Checking from several regions lets Statusvane tell a local network blip from a real outage, and show your users latency from where they are.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Invite teammates by email and give them the owner, admin, responder or viewer role. Each plan includes a number of seats, and on-call rotations decide who gets paged.
Can I cancel or delete my data?
Any time. Workspace owners can delete a workspace from its settings, which removes its monitors, incidents and subscribers. There are no contracts. Questions? Write to [email protected].
